Circa Brewing Co. is a 7bbl fully exposed system in a 6000 sq foot restaurant/brewery. We have a capacity of 250 people and a 25 seat bar. We won the 2020 Ruppert's Cup for Favorite Brewery in NYC. We have been around since July of 2017 and have recently changed over management, opening up breadth to solidify who we are, rebrand a little, and strive forward in an authentic direction.
Our brewhouse produces about 1000 barrels a year but we are looking to expand into some contract brewing and eventually opening up a larger production facility. We bring in a mobile canning operation about 4 times a year doing about 10 cans or so. The brewer is in charge of their full operation and as we get busier again post COVID, we will hire (together) an assistant brewer for you as well. There is certainly room to grow here and we can discuss all those opportunities upon interviewing.
We run as a close-knit team, each wearing multiple hats. We'd like our brewer to be the face of the place and engage/educate with guests on the daily. You will be in full control of your brewhouse creating your own recipes (besides keeping on 2 of our flagships). We value initiative, innovation, and passion.
