    Pretoria Fields Collective is seeking experienced production brewers to help drive the expansion of our production brewing operations. As a southwest Georgia farm-based brewery that produces our own organic barley, corn, wheat, rye, oats, fruit, nuts, and honey, we focus on beers from the ground up.

    Shift brewers are involved in all aspects of production brewing including wort production, cellar management, and packaging as well as daily quality analysis and lab tasks. Shift brewers would report to the Head Brewer and Brewmaster. Previous production brewing experience from grain to glass using automated systems is preferred. Packaging experience and technical instrument experience (DO/ATP/Lab) is a plus. Proficiency in production management software (Ekos) is desired. Passionate, self-motivated leaders with attention to detail and creativity are sought to join our team.     Job Responsibilities include:
    • Daily production tasks communicated by team members
    • 30bbl wort production in a climate-controlled environment
    • Ability to follow SOPs for all areas of production
    • Inventory control of both raw ingredients and finished products
    • Recording of all pertinent data into production management software (Ekos)
    • Ability to work with a packaging team
    • Create, brew and amend new and existing recipes
    • Coordination and inventory of raw materials
    • Occasional representation of our brand at events

    The ideal candidate would have:
    • At least 2 years working in a production brewing environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office and production management software
    • Associates Degree or brewing-related education
    • Mechanical aptitude
    • Experience with laboratory monitoring equipment for DO, ATP, and yeast management
    • Ability to lift/maneuver 160lbs
    • Forklift experience
