81Bay Brewing Co. is located in South Tampa, FL. Recipient of the 2020 Best Large Brewery award at the BFBC, 81Bay has been experiencing massive growth in statewide distribution demand. After adding expansion equipment, we find ourselves in need of additional brewing labor to join our production team, which includes our Production Manager, full-time Head Brewer, and part-time Cellarman. We operate a 20 bbl manual brew house, and currently brew two to five times per week. We prefer applicants with experience brewing at the 5+ bbl scale, but we will consider nano-scale experience in combination with other accomplishments / skills.
