Mother Road Brewing Company seeks an experienced Brewer to aid us in the expansion of our production brewery in Flagstaff, Arizona. Mother Road Brewing Co. is the 3rd largest independently owned brewery in Arizona.
As a Brewer III - Brewhouse Lead, you will be the area lead and subject matter expert for our brewhouse. A preview of accountability (this is not a full job description):

The winning candidate will be able to demonstrate their alignment with our culture, have 4 years+ of brewing, distilling or wine making experience at a 7,000+ barrel / year brewery, with an emphasis in brewhouse knowledge. Brewing education may be considered in lieu of some experience.

- Leads process improvements that lead to flavor modifications or higher efficiency
- Tracks efficiency data
- Equipment expert on grain silos, grain mill, grist case, brewhouse (3 vessel + HLT, and grain-out auger
- Raw material inventory
- Works 3-4 shifts brewing wort
- Supports and plans the implementation of new brewhouse equipment
