Small SE Wisconsin brewery seeking part time Brewer to work on an hourly or “per batch” basis. 5 bbl system, three fermenters (1 5bbl and 2 10 bbl). Current plans are to brew 4-6 batches per month for the foreseeable future. Position may become full time in the future based on growth and demand. In addition to the person who takes this paid position, we have 2-3 volunteer assists to help them out.
Willing to consider highly skilled “home brewer” looking to make the step to commercial systems.
