Flight Deck Brewing is a fast-growing production brewery and retail tasting room on Brunswick Landing (the former Naval Air Station). Our beer is self-distributed across the State of Maine, with out-of-state markets coming in 2021.
The right candidate for this position will be an active team member in the brewhouse, independently driving processes such as beer production, yeast management, packaging, and relevant inventory management. Most of all, the right candidate will be flexible in an ever-changing, growing business environment. This full-time position reports directly to the Head Brewer, but will have a slate of independent responsibilities.
Pay is salary with benefits, and will be commensurate with experience.
