Tradition Brewing Company is looking for some help. We operate a 20bbl Steam powered Deutsche Brewhouse, as well as a 1bbl pilot system and a Twin Monkeys canning line. We're more about hiring the right person for the team than we are hiring to a specific job description.
While we are a production facility focusing on distribution as well as tap room traffic, we have a very limited number of flagship offerings and this is the perfect role for someone with a creative mind, both on the production side of things and with brand development. In the past 24 months we’ve released more than 90 brand new beers, the majority of which have seen distribution in both draft and package.
Some of the minimum requirements of everyone on the production side of the house are:
-Be punctual, reliable, and flexible within your schedule
-Be able to remain on your feet for 8-12 hours a day. Be able to bend, kneel, squat, etc..
-Be able to lift 55lbs regularly, be able to handle moving a 160lb keg by yourself
-Be able to work safely around machinery, equipment, chemicals, hot water, etc.. a brewery isn't a relaxed environment when it comes to safety
We're a young team with a lot of play in what we're looking for while continuing to build our brand. When the right person comes along everything from wort production, packaging, and cellar work, to general cleaning duties, labeling cans, cleaning kegs, to ABC/TTB paperwork, etc.. is on the table. We’ll work together to figure out the best role for our new team member given their experience, skill set and goals and do everything in our power to make them as successful of a member of the team as we can.
