Technical Services Manager- Stout Tanks and Kettles.


Job Summary

Do you love craft brewing? Do you have brewing experience? Do you love the technical details, and getting a system just right? Stout Tanks and Kettles, a leading supplier of breweries, is seeking a Technical Services Manager to support our customers and sales teams in perfecting the details.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Work directly with brewers and their architects and contractors to document the technical details of their breweries.

- Support our sales staff in developing maintaining drawings, providing technical installation support, and solving technical problems for all customers.

- Oversee our retail and internet sales of small parts and equipment.

- Provide customer service, respond to email and telephone requests, prepare quotes and sales orders.

- Create cut-sheets, operations and installation manuals for our products.

Qualifications and Skills

- Solid experience with technical aspects of brewing.

- Strong computer skills, including CRM, ERP, and email. Able to manage large amounts of technical data. Experience with Solidworks or other rendering or layout software helpful, but not required.

- Customer service oriented. Problem solver. Organized, and self-starting. Must be able to handle high volume of customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
