Wild Ride Brewing, located in downtown Redmond, OR, is growing and currently seeking a Brewer and/or a Cellar Person to join our team. This is a full time position and is available immediately. This position will include duties that will cover the production of high quality beer from start to finish. Some of these duties will include:
• Grain Handling
• Wort Production
• Yeast Management and Cell counts
• Brew House and Cellar CIP’s
• Filtering
• Kegging
• Keg Cleaning
• Cellar Management
This position requires brewing knowledge and experience. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be a team player. Additional requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Understanding of the brewing process
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Forklift experience
• A positive attitude
• Experience with MS Office
• Comfortable representing Wild Ride Brewing in a social environment
Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience.
Wild Ride Brewing is a production brewery and Tap Room which opened for business in May of 2014, and is currently distributing beer throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho & Alaska. We brew on a 20BBL brewing system, with nine 40BBL FV's, and three 40BBL Brite Tanks. We are in search of the right candidate(s) to join our team for a long and successful journey in brewing.
