High Alpine Brewing Company is seeking a dynamic person to join our brewery team!
The Assistant Brewer is responsible for supporting the Head Brewer in day to day operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
CIP Processes
Yeast Management
Brewing Beer
Transfer Beer
Keg Cleaning
Sensory Analysis
Assist in Recipe Development
We're looking for someone with a great attitude and a willingness to learn. All skills can be taught. If you fit this category and want to move into a higher role in the brewing industry, give us a shout.
Live in a place where people want to spend their vacations! World class skiing and snowboarding at Crested Butte Mountain Resort and Monarch Ski Area, the best mountain biking in Colorado, fly fishing, and any other outdoor activity you can think of.
Pay $17-$22.50, based on experience. This is not a benefitted position.
