Be part of an expanding brewery’s Production Team!
Zeroday Brewing Co. in Harrisburg, PA opened in 2015 and has steadily grown its footprint throughout the Central and South-Eastern Pennsylvania region. This year, the company opened a new taproom and expanded its production facility. The brewery is expected to produce around 3000 bbls this year, a significant growth from the under 1000 bbls produced each year previously and is projected to increase production even further the following year to service another taproom that is currently under construction.
Zeroday is looking to onboard a full-time Production Brewer to help with this growth. A minimum of two years professional brewing experience is required. Canning line experience is a great bonus! The Brewer will be part of a brewing team that is responsible for all aspects of the brewing process. Relocation assistance is available.

Job Responsibilities:
- wort production on a 10 bbl, 3 vessel brewhouse and 3 bbl, 3 vessel pilot system
- raw ingredient management
- CIP/SIP and proper handling of chemicals
- yeast handling
- transfers
- packaging of draft and canned product
- dry hopping/ fruiting
- keg cleaning
- following SOPs and adhering to safety standards
- minimum 2 years professional brewing experience
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to perform tasks while squatting
- ability to frequently lift up to 55 pounds independently
- ability to multitask
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to troubleshoot/problem solve
- mechanical aptitude a plus
- experience operating a canning line a plus
