Ventura Coast Brewing Company is looking to add a full time brewer to our production team!

We are a small hard working team of passionate beer enthusiasts who produce and distribute a diverse array of both classic and experimental styles of ales, lagers, and mixed culture beers. We have a bustling tap room and a rapidly growing distribution network, based in the heart of downtown Ventura.
GABF 2020 Gold Medal for Beachscape American Pilsener
GABF 2018 Silver Medal American Pale Ale
Job Duties include the following:
Brewing: Wort Production, Brewhouse CIP, Milling
Packaging: Keg Filling, Bottling, Canning, Keg Washing
Cellar Operations: Dry Hopping, Harvesting Yeast, Fermenter CIP
General Cleaning Duties: scrubbing floors, shining tanks, etc.
The ideal candidate will posses the following:
Previous experience with brewing and cellar operations
Strong Mechanical Aptitude
Extreme Attention to Detail
Strong Work Ethic
Applicable Job Experience
Basic Understanding of brewing and Fermentation
Fork Lift experience (Not Required)
This is a full time position which will include occasional evening and weekend shifts.
Must be able to repeatedly lift and maneuver 55# to shoulder height and be able to repeatedly maneuver 165# kegs to pallet height.
