Job Description
The Cold Brew and Beverage Manger is both head brewer and leader of the packaging team, overseeing various lines of brewing, canning, growler and keg programs. The Cold Brew Manager works closely with the head roaster to maintain high quality products and with the wholesale manager to ensure production values align with SteamDot standards. The position with tremendous growth potential and expansion.
Key Duties
- Oversee Company-wide Cold Brew and beverage operations.
- Recipe control and new product development
- Quality Control initiatives and monitoring programs
- Customer Support and Education
- Member of SteamDot FDA Food Safety Program
Specific Duties
- Brewing, packaging and drinking Cold Brew Coffee
- Planning and inventory management
- Distribution and logistics
Qualifications
- Experience in Specialty Coffee or Craft Beverages preferred.
- Ability to work with a team in warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Canning experience/knowledge preffered, but not required.
Compensation
$22-25/hr
Reports to VP
Wage eligible for review after 1 year, unless duties significantly increase
5 days paid leave annually.
Participation in company cell phone plan
