We are looking for an experienced head brewmaster for our growing brewery "Nevada Cerveceria" located in Colombia
We are a growing brewery located in Minca a little town located 10 kilometers from Santa Marta in the Caribbean but at 900 meter above see level.
We have been growing at a very good pace for the last 6 years and we need some one that can take over our actual head brewmaster to help us go further but being able to continue producing the very good beers we have been brewing for the last years or better.
The person for the job is a brewmaster capable of improve every thing regarding the brewery, producing the best possible beer as I said, and with disposition to work as part of a team in a small brewery where the brewmaster needs to get the hand on all aspects of production. Some one that can be trusted to handle production from raw material to finish product and every thing in between.
In brief someone who can help us share our goals and develop them with new ideas and a vision that will help us growth.
This will be your operation.
Finally, Minca and the surroundings are a very nice place to live for outdoor, birdwatchers or tranquil Caribbean live style lovers.
