Assistant Brewer (Neenah, WI)

Hello Beer Lovers! We've promoted our new head brewer from within and we're looking to grow our production team at Lion's Tail (Neenah, WI) by adding a full-time assistant brewer. We are a steadily-growing 6-year old brewery on pace for 1300 Bbls this year. We are growing our following by creating 60-70 interesting, tasty, and high quality beers every year. Please get in touch if you know of someone who is (1) passionate about beer, (2) a hard worker and self starter that doesn't need a task list to be productive, (3) someone who is always thirsty to learn and strives to improve their craft continuously, and (4) someone who does the right thing no matter who is or isn't watching. Duties will include brewing and canning/kegging and other duties as necessary or as your skills allow. Lots of different opportunities for career growth in the future as our company continues to grow. Must be able to lift at least 55 pounds above your shoulders and maneuver kegs.
Location: Neenah, WI (Just south of Appleton and Green Bay)
Pay and other benefits: Based on experience
