Mule and Elk Brewing is looking for a new head brewer to manage our current 4BBL brewhouse and assist with the installation and upgrade to a recently purchased 10BBL system. The brewer will be responsible for all production related responsibilities and have flexibility to plan and develop new recipes for the larger system. A sound knowledge of brewing principles is required and experience with yeast cultivation and propagation is preferable but not required.
Cle Elum, WA is located 1.5 hours from Seattle in Eastern Washington and is a small town experiencing real growth. If you like the four seasons of the year and unlimited outdoor recreation, Cle Elum would not disappoint.
