    We are a World Beer Cup and GABF Gold Medal winning brewery in operation for over 11 years. We are filling Assistant Brewer and Brewer roles now.     Assistant Brewer
    Responsibilities:
    • Execute daily cellar operations, including harvesting yeast, dry hopping, and running CIP (clean in place) cycles on fermentation and bright beer tanks
    • Assist with brewing processes including batch staging, milling, and spent grain removal
    • Assist with wort and beer transfers including set-up, breakdown, and cleaning of hoses and equipment
    • Perform quality checks on wort and beer including sensory analysis and measurement of gravity, pH, temperature, CO2 concentration, and O2 concentration
    • Maintain clean, hygienic, and organized brewery at all times
    • Operate forklift and scissor lift
    • Record production data in brew and cellar logs
    • Communicate effectively with Brew Team to hand-off responsibilities during shift change-overs
    • Collaborate with Brew Team for recipe concepts and development
    Qualifications:
    • Understanding of brewing and fermentation process

    Brewer
    Responsibilities:
    • All responsibilities and qualification as outlined in Assistant Brewer
    • Wort production and CIP on the 30 BBL Brewhouse and on the 3.5 BBL Pilot Brewhouse
    • Beer filtration and transfer including operation of centrifuge and in-line carbonation
    Qualifications:
    • 1 year experience working in a production brewery in a brewer, assistant brewer, or cellar role
    • Formal education in brewing science or related field is a plus

    Shift Scheduling:
    • Ability to report for work in a timely manner
    • Willingness to work on varying shift schedules, including weekends and overnights
