Here & Now Brewing Company is a 7 BBL brewery and restaurant located at 645 Main Street in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. We are guided by a mission of “world-class beer and food for the people of Honesdale and whomever happens to be coming through.” Local, seasonal, and whimsical drives everything we do.
Job Description:
• Assist in all aspects of wort production, cooling, cellaring and yeast management.
• Cleaning. If you’re an experienced brewer you know it’s what we do.
• Responsible for beer quality control and teaching waitstaff about new beers.
• Maintenance of our tap system.
• Ordering and inventorying brewing supplies.
• Etc.
Qualifications:
* The ideal candidate for this job will have 1-3 years brewing experience in a production brewery.
• Cicerone training would be helpful.
• Ability to work alone and as part of the team.
• Mechanical ability with troubleshooting skills would be cool.
• Ability to stand all day, move 180 pounds and carry 55 pounds.
• The mythical talent to return things to where one found them would be awesome!
This is a full time position. Salary will be based on experience.
