Tidal Creek Brewhouse, a vibrant new brewery, coffee roaster, and full-service brewpub in beautiful Myrtle beach, SC, is looking for new teammates to work in the Brewery as a Brewer.
Tidal Creek opened its first location in June 2020. In one year, we have rapidly grown with state-wide distribution through South Carolina, in addition to strong taproom growth. While we are looking for a Brewer in our flagship Myrtle Beach location, we are also in the process of planning several new locations providing the right candidate the opportunity for a Head Brewer role.
The Brewer will work alongside the Brewmaster and be responsible for wort production, fermentation monitoring, yeast management, product transfers, product packaging, vessel cleaning and sanitization, warehouse activities, general upkeep and cleaning, and other duties as assigned. An emphasis on quality, cleanliness, and efficiency is always expected. This position will additionally assist with general maintenance and operations of Tidal Creek Brewhouse facilities as required.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer, a high school diploma, have completed some post-secondary or vocational training, and have at least two years of experience working in production operations for a craft brewery.
