Block 15 operates two breweries: a 7bbl system at our downtown brewpub and a 20bbl system at our South Corvallis Brewery & Taproom

This is a 35-40 hr/wk position and opportunity for the right individual to grow with our company. Pay will begin as hourly, based on experience. Weekends and some holidays are required. Block 15 offers benefits including PTO, 401(k) contributions, and Health Care to qualified employees.

Training will occur under our Packaging Tech, Production Manager, and our brewers. Block 15 is Brewer owned and operated with strict attention to quality beers, adventurous brewing, and community.

Qualified applicants must have:
-Passion for the art and science of brewing*
-Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
*-Strong attention to detail
- The ability to follow and understand strict SOP’s *
-Ability to take direction and work independently
-Positive & respectful attitude with a teamwork mentality
-The ability to lift and move 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
-The ability to move 150lbs multiple times throughout the work shift
*-OLCC serving license
*
Preferred candidates will also have:
*-1-2 years experience in either a brewpub or production brewery or packing experience

Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:
-Packaging line work and help on our Wild Goose WGC-250 canning line*
-Packaging line work and maintenance our Meheen Bottling System
-Keg washing/filling
-Cellar work/CIP/Dry Hopping
-General cleaning and maintenance
-Grain, malt and inventory work
*-General organization and brewery maintenance tasks
