    Fortnight Brewing in Cary, North Carolina is growing and we need to add to our team.

    About Us:

    Fortnight is an 8-year-old, 4-vessel, 30 barrel brewhouse. We make modern American-style beers, some English classics as well as brew under contract for several partners.
    Our space is shared with a kombucha company.
    We have two taprooms on-site and we are opening a second location.

    About the Job:

    Weekly we brew 120+ barrels and run the canning line 4-5 days.
    This role reports to the Brewmaster.
    Pay is competitive.
    The job will consist of working on the canning line, cellar work, cask making, cleaning and brewing.

    Must be able to:

    Work in loud/hot/cold/wet conditions.
    Be flexible.
    Lift 55 pounds repeatedly to shoulder height.
    Follow direction.

    You will have the chance to pursue passion projects.
    You will get beer.
    Vacation time is flexible.
    We grill out some Fridays and try to have lunch together as a team at least once a week.

    Ideal Candidate:

    Minimum 1 year experience in professional beer production.
    We have a good team in place, so we need a team member. We need someone with a good attitude, who wants to progress from cellar to brew stand or an experienced brewer that will help in the cellar when required.
    Experience using a lenticular filter. Also maybe a centrifuge.
    You need to be able to work with a broad range of personality types and take instruction.
    Has attention to detail.
