Casa Bruja Brewing
Brewery located in Panama City, Panama. 10BBL Premeir Brewhouse, produce around 2000bbl per year. We make about 24 brands per year, between stainless steel and barrel aged.

Responsabilities
-In charge of all production (brewing and packaging)
-Will be leading a team of 3. 2 Experienced brewers and experiencied packaging team member.
- Brewing, Filtering, Packaging, Pausterization
-Inventory Managmeent (raw material and packaging material)
-Assistance with Raw Material Purchasing
-Management of Yeast
-Fermentation control and oversee cellaring
-Recipe development
-Barrel aging program management and follow up.
-Assist with tastings, events and some tours.


Required Knowledge
-5 Years MINIMUM brewing Experience
-Ability to work under pressure to meat deadlines
-Strong organization skill
-Leader
-Basic mechanical knowledge (pumps, chiller etc)
-Understand the science of brewing
-Yeast counting and analisis
