We are looking to find a like-minded, experienced brewers who are entrepreneurial, pragmatic and enjoys taking on a variety of challenges. Naukabout Brewery is a growing company who prides itself on creating unique offerings served at our taproom located on beautiful Cape Cod (along the shore of Lake Mashpee). We are looking for a core team member who will be involved with recipe development, brewhouse operations, cold-side and packaging. With competitive pay and bonuses this unique opportunity provides folks with dreams of starting their own brewery the chance to understand and participate in all aspects of brewery operations - including the oversight and management of seasonal workers.

Naukabout was established with a simple idea in mind - "doing what you love to do after doing what you have to do." When we were kids our dad would come home from work and tell us to change out of our ‘work-abouts’ and to put on our ‘nauk-abouts’ so we could go outside to play. Ever since then we’ve been sharing the philosophy of Naukabout thru backyard BBQ’s with the family, weekend ski trips with the buddies, a music festival and our brewery here on Cape Cod.
