Be part of something unique in Southwest Arizona
We are looking for an experienced brewer who wants to get a microbrewery started and successful. Someone who wants to make a name for themselves brewing great beer.
We feel what we have built is pretty unique and that we will be able to draw in people from all over the southwest. We built a 15,000 square foot building (on 80 acres of farmland) completely out of cement and then dumped 6000 tons of dirt on top of it. You will literally get to brew underground. We have a brand new 10bbl brewhouse with a MT, LT, BK and HLT. Right now, we have 3 fermenters and 4 brite tanks and will and keg and can onsite. Adjacent to the brewery is a bar and restaurant
Willcox is Arizona’s wine county and we are right in the middle of it and are the only microbrewery. Because we are also an 80-acre farm, we really have some unique opportunities. We also have an active dairy, 16,000 grape vines, honeybees, hops, pomegranate, pistachio trees and various other fruit trees and crops.
The position for lead brewer/brewmaster is available immediately. Salary depending on experience level
