Napa Valley Brewing Company and Calistoga Inn have been family owned and operated over the last thirty-three years. We feature an 18 unit historic hotel, full service restaurant with a large outdoor patio, beer garden/event space, three bars and microbrewery. The brewery features a 7BBL gas fired brewhouse along with six 7BBL fermenters and five grundy style serving tanks. Expansion plans are in progress to double the production capacity.
