Oasis Texas Brewing Co., located on Lake Travis in Austin, TX, is looking for an Assistant Brewer. This is a great opportunity to join an efficient, cohesive team at a brewery with a high-volume tasting room. A flexible schedule is required.
Duties Include:
-Assisting with Brewhouse Operations including wort production, CIP, milling, and spent grain handling
-Cellar Operations including tank cleaning, general cleaning and sanitation, daily cellar checks
-Packaging Operations including keg washing and filling.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude
Good communication skills
Ability to drive a forklift
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 55# repeatedly
Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
