Production Support will report to the head distiller and help on the all daily distillery activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn and understanding how to run our stills for distillation
Grinding of the grain
Bottling and labeling
Clean and sanitize fillers, lines, tanks, etc.
Blending ingredients for canned cocktails
Must have some computer skills for distillery program
Execute attention to detail and ensuring quality of products
Maintain a clean work environment
Operating a forklift to unload and loading of semi trucks and arranging barrels
Working close with customers to build the brand giving tastings and tours
Help customers in the store
Clean, clean and more cleaning
Can lift 55lbs at a time
Can stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Eagerness to learn and accept direction
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
The ability to work in hot and/or slippery conditions
Normal shift hours are 9am to 6pm. At times work may be needed before and after posted hours. Some weekend work required
Full time position
Must be 21+
Starting pay 17-18 an hour
