Hourly Wage: $18.50/hr

Essential Duties:
- Provide labor for offloading OTR malt trucks, Chemical tankers, Sugar tankers and transfer chemicals around the NBB site and between NBB sites.
- Perform daily inventory checks of all bulk chemicals
- Manage the transition from bulk tanks to smaller containers for smaller projects and cleaning needs
- Provide the labor for disposing of waste products such as Yeast, Hops, beer & sludge
- Assist with scheduling of malt deliveries
- Responsible for verifying documentation and QA samples associated with Malt, Chemical and Liquid Sugar deliveries
- Cleaning and low-level maintenance of Malt storage
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be OSHA HAZWOPR Level III certified (within 3 months)
- Must have OSHA 10-Hr General Industry certification (within 2 years)
- Must have working knowledge of OSHA material handling, storage and hazardous materials standards (within 2 years)
- Solid knowledge in malt unloading systems, yeast transfer equipment, brewery process flow, raw materials inventory systems and chemical handling requirements
- Some mechanical skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 64 lbs. and carry objects equal to 45 lbs up to 50 feet.
- Ability to Hoist 20 lbs., push/pull weights up to 50 lbs. and maintain the grip strength required to reach and hold up to 5 lbs.
- Demonstrate their ability to climb up and down ladders, kneel, bend, twist, squat and reach overhead.
- The position requires frequent, constant standing and walking endurance.
