Brewer Technician - Krootz Brewing Company - Gainesville, TX

We are looking for a brewery technician - full or part-time. The brew tech works closely with our brewmaster in all aspects of the brewing process. This includes:

• Equipment cleaning and maintenance,
• Milling grain,
• Brewing,
• Kegging and canning beer
• Yeast management and pitching
• Maintaining Brewing logs

If you are no stranger to hard work and either have brewing experience or are willing to learn we would love to hear from you!

Krootz Brewing Company is a brewpub located in Gainesville, TX. We currently offer approximately 15 of our craft beers on tap, have a full restaurant and recently starting beer distribution in our regional area.
