We are seeking the right individual to take on the role of Kombucha Brewer/Operations Manager. This position will be both online customer facing operating out of our production and warehouse facility. Brewer/Manager will be in charge of preparing product, QC, managing team for fills bi-monthly as well as daily pick/packing DTC orders, responding to customers online as well as managing inventory & all B2B and distribution accounts. Brewer/manager will need to have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Brew batches according to SOP’s, quality, and safety standards
- Order and manages all finished/unfinished including raw materials in the warehouse
- Manage allproduction tasks including vendor relationships
- Process all DTC orders on Shopify daily, responding to customers, etc
- Manage all B2B accounts with spreadsheets working with bookkeeping team
Skills & Qualifications:
- Self motivated
- Detail oriented
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Calendar
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of pumps, fittings, valves, basic hand and power tools
- Knowledge of brewing, beverage making, draft equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of basic math
- Ability to safely lift 100 lbs
- Must have a valid driver's license with clean record and insurance
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.

Compensation:
- Hourly pay based on skill and ability
- $20-23/hour
- 40 hours a week plus overtime as needed
- Bonus opportunities for regional Sales
