Wren House Brewing Company is looking to add some unique and talented folks to our award winning team of established brewers and cellar techs at our Prescott, Arizona production location. We're aiming to produce 8,000 barrels in the next 12 months while continuing to create new and unique recipes for our everchanging portfolio. Our Prescott location is nestled in the foothills just outside of town. A short drive from many parks, beautiful lakes, and a straight shot to Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Cottonwood, the centrally located facility is perfect for exploration and adventure.

We value the building and maintaining of a world-class team and competitively compensate our co-workers. Brewers will receive salary + bonus between $42,000 and $53,000 depending on experience and responsibilities owned in the role. BREWER

Wren House Brewing Company
Prescott, Arizona


Projects/Planning:

• Assistance in recipe formulation and assurance that core brands meet previously established standards
• Daily documentation and record keeping to facilitate a detailed record of all production
• Preventative upkeep of brewery-specific and site-wide equipment (maintenance and scheduling of improvements)
• Managing the real-time production of Wren House beer while maintain a fun, respectful, safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Proactive inventory management to ensure smooth production without supply-sided interference
• Ability to work with Brewing Manager to ensure a well planned and executed brewing/cellar schedule

Production:

• Responsible for, and passionate about, the production of world class beer
• Daily monitoring of beer on-site including gravities, DO, CO2, pH, etc
• Assistance in cellaring and kegging in order to facilitate consistent schedule
• Filtering and finalizing beer to prepare for packaging (filtering, carbonating, etc)
• Assistance in filling and monitoring barrel aged beer
• Communicating with Production Management in regards to the weekly inventory and ordering of raw ingredients and consumables
• Training/cross-training of current and future employees in line with the current practices consistent with the Wren House brand
• Ensure production demands are met while meeting quality standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years brewing experience
• Cellar and packaging experience
• Brewing lab analysis or quality control experience
• A well rounded technical background to assist in the maintenance and upkeep of critical brewery equipment
• Experience with formulation of recipes for full-scale production
• A passion for beer, brewing, and the brewing industry
