1+ years of wort production and cellar experience
Full Availability throughout the week with a flexible schedule (schedules rotate and are predictable)

Ability to safely handle concentrated cleaning chemicals on a regular basis
Proficiency in Google Docs/Microsoft Suite
A love for Hazy Dank (obviously required)
Physical Requirements
Ability to crouch, sit, stand, pull, push, bend, and/or twist while working in confined, wet, hot, and/or cold environments
Ability to lift 55+ lbs regularly
Ability to stand for an entire shift
Ability to climb and work on a ladder
Skills we will train you on (Bonus if you already have them)
Ability to operate a Centrifuge
Proficiency in Ekos brewing software
Ability to operate a forklift

This is a full time position. Compensation level varies based on experience. Responsibilities
- Staging raw materials, ensuring all inventory necessary is available for production
- Receiving and storing raw materials at the dock and into bulk silo containers.
- Executing weekly wort production according to BIBCO SOPs and production plan on a 30bbl 3-vessel Brewhouse
- Recording detailed data on brewhouse and cellar operations in real time
- Fermentation Management - Gravities, Dry Hopping, Carbonating, etc.
- Executing scheduled CIPs (Brewhouse, FVs, BTs) according to BIBCO SOPs
- Ingredient Additions - ensure dry hops, fruit, and other ingredients are added to beers in a timely manner in accordance with BIBCO SOPs and production plan
- Tank Transfers - transfer beer and centrifuge
- Yeast Pitching / Management
- Packaging Assistance - package beers, both kegging and canning
- Production Assistance - stage raw materials, and ensure all inventory necessary are available for production
- Warehouse Assistance - receive and store raw materials at the dock, load trucks and assist with warehouse organization
- Inventory Management - assist with management of raw materials, chemicals and packaging components
- Participate in scheduled in-house maintenance and cleaning according to BIBCO SOPs and preventative maintenance plans
- Prioritize safety of yourself and others at all times and strive to constantly improve the safety of your work environment
- Research and bring forward the best ideas about process and quality improvement
