    We are an 8000 bbl per year brewery located in beautiful Red Lodge, Montana. Red Lodge has a population of 2500 and has a ski area and hiking, fishing, biking and boating all nearby.
    In addition to beer, we process 50,000 gallons of cider made at our cider mill in Billings.

    Job duties include:
    Brewing beer on our 20 bbl system. Milling, mashing, and boiling
    Yeast handling and pitching
    Cellar operations including CIP, centrifuge, carbonation and cider pasteurization
    Basic lab duties including use of Anton Paar DMA and C box, ph meter, and microscope
    Brewing on 1 bbl pilot system
    Maintaining a clean workspace
    Occasional canning line work or washing kegs

    Qualifications required:
    At least one year working in a production brewery
    Knowledge of the brewing process
    Willingness to work alone and as part of a team
    Ability to lift 55 pounds and maneuver 160-pound kegs

    Qualifications desired:
    An education in brewing sciences, microbiology, and/or chemistry
    Lab skills
    Forklift certification
    An interest in QA/QC and innovation

    Work weeks are 4 x 10 hr shifts. Benefits include health, vacation, and retirement.
