    About the Brewer role:


    We are hiring a full-time Brewer in the Mission District of San Francisco. The brewery consists of a 3 vessel manual 10 bbl brewhouse, 8 fermenters and 4 brite tanks. Production will be approximately 1500-2000bbls per year with a small team of co-workers. This is a full-time position. This person will be a key production team member responsible for brewery operations at this facility.


    Brewers are responsible for the production of beer from raw ingredients to finished beer. The brewer is also responsible for completing and overseeing cellar and packaging operations to ensure excellence and efficiency in all aspects of the brewing process.
