Blu Dragonfly Brewing is seeking a brewer/associate brewer at our facility in NE New Mexico. Blu Dragonfly Brewing is a four year old brewery in the middle of expansion in a 15,000 square foot brewing facility and event center. Our ideal candidate will have 6-12 months or more brewing experience in a production environment with brew house, cellar, and packaging experience. Distribution and brewing planning experience is a plus. Candidate will work with our brewing assistant and report directly to the owner.
We are seeking a self-starter with a positive attitude who brings innovation and focus to all they do.
There is an opportunity for eventual ownership or partial ownership and a great opportunity for an assistant brewer to grow into a brewmaster/production manager position.
We are located 10 miles south of Raton, New Mexico. We are only 1 1/2 hours from major ski areas and we are a year round outdoor paradise without a lot of traffic or crowds.
