About Victor 23
Victor 23 is a 6 year old small independent brewery located in Vancouver, WA. We brew beer for our pub and for distribution in Washington. We hope to increase our distribution into Oregon but for right now we are brewing only about 40 barrels per month. Given our current production demands, we are hoping to find a part time brewer or a full time brewer who is willing to work a couple evenings behind the bar and assist with sales.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 55lb bags of grain
Must be able to bend, twist, and reach
Must be alt to work off ladders
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule brews to meet demand and trends
Brew beers using our 10 bbl system
Yeast management
Monitor fermentations
CIP
Kegging
Canning using our Wild Goose Gosling canning machine
Maintaining our draft system
Keeping the brewery tanks and hoses clean
Monitoring chiller glycol level
Assist with events
Coordinate with distributor
Compensation:
Compensation depends on experience
