6S, (Success) a growing, three-year old brewery in Duluth, Georgia is looking for an experienced, professional brewer to take over our brewery production. We brew on a vintage DME 15-barrel brewhouse and a 2-barrel pilot system. The brewery is currently a one-person operation. We have a few flagships in distribution and numerous one-offs and seasonals so this a good opportunity to brew your own recipes and showcase your creative talent. Ideal candidate will have over 3 years of professional experience with at least 1 year as a head brewer. We will also consider experienced assistant brewers who are ready to run their own brewery. Salary range $48,000-$65,000based on qualifications and experience. This is a great job for a mature, self-motivated brewer. Job includes planning, ordering, brewing, maintaining brewery, cleaning and filling kegs, record keeping, filing taxes and reports…all of the normal small brewery brewmaster duties. We currently utilize mobile canning but are considering adding our own canning line in the near future.
