Tucker Brewing Co. Is looking for a Head Brewer to manage the brewhouse and packaging line. Tucker Brewing Co. is focused on crafting quality German-style lagers. The ideal candidate will have the experience necessary for the role along with an appreciation for fine-tuned lagers.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Managing a small production team
Wort production
Packaging leadership
Managing distributor orders
Troubleshooting/maintenance of equipment
Creating weekly production schedule
Working w/ Brewmaster on recipe creation and QA initiatives
The ideal candidate will have the following:
At least two years’ experience in a production brewery
Strong attention to detail
Consistent leadership skills
Ability to clearly communicate to peers
Not-ego driven
Passion for driving a consistent, quality product
Organized
Ability to think on their feet/problem solve
Vision to build a growing brand
