Ratio Beerworks is hiring a full-time Brewer to help with our current growth phase and beyond. We value passion, positivity, hard work, teamwork, fun, creativity and open-mindedness. The position will be responsible for not only brewing, but cellar work, and all other aspects of turning raw materials into beautiful beer. Ratio’s culture is DIY and music-based, with a focus on indie and punk. You don't have to love this music, but you'll be hearing a lot of it with lots of in house performances. We conduct many account tours through the brewhouse and prefer this candidate to be sociable and comfortable representing the brewery in public. This position will be primarily located at our RiNo location, but with crossover brewing occasionally at our new Overland location. We brew on a 20 bbl brewhouse at both locations, into 20 bbl, 60 bbl and 80 bbl fermenters. We hope to brew about 6,000 barrels this year and look for continued growth. Our brewhouse is an all-inclusive brewery, where you will hot-side brew, cellar, clean, keg, can, and everything in between! Our current team includes a Senior Lead Brewer, Site Lead Brewer, and two full-time Brewers plus part-time additional assistance. This position will report to our Senior Lead Brewer.
Salaried position: $40,000-$50,000/year based on experience
