• Brewing/Packaging/Quality Control
• Report to Director of Brewery Operations
• Brew on a 30 BBL system
• Operate GEA centrifuge
• Operate Cask 5 Head canning line
• Manage production team as follows:
  • Schedule labor
  • Train & supervise associates
  • Coordinate filtering
  • Coordinate packaging
  • Oversee plant maintenance
• Implement best practices regarding all Cleaning & Sanitation
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Research and attend industry courses to ensure best practices
• Work with sales and executive teams to create new and popular products
