The position of Brewer/Cellarman at Thin Man is a key position in our production process. The role centers around executing our standard operating procedures and functions to ensure we stay true to our commitment to quality and innovation on the packaging floor and the brew deck. We are looking for two new members of our production team at our Elmwood Avenue & Chandler Street locations. These new positions will be working on our 15 BBL Brewhouse and our 30 BBL Brewhouse and with our numerous FVS and BTs. Experience is preferred but this is also a training position working under our Head of Production, Jason Caroll. The candidate will need to live in the Western New York area.
