Julius Lehrkind Brewing in bJulius Lehrkind Brewing in beautiful Bozeman, Montana is seeking a lead brewer. This is a solo position within a network of breweries that share raw materials and expertise, so excellent communication is a must!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years brewing experience, be self-motivated, safety focused, have a preference for cleanliness and a mechanical aptitude.
This job is 100% production focused, with company goals to produce clean and consistent products and largely grow the brands year over year.
This is a salaried position at $45,000-$50,000 DOE, plus paid vacation and health insurance. Currently the brewery is producing approximately 750 barrels per year, with plenty of room to grow. We believe this job can be performed averaging 32 hours per week, and the schedule is mostly flexible, as long as production goals are met.
