About Juicy:
One year into the game - we are a top 100 brewery in the world (Untappd rankings) with a fan base that is to die for.
As a result, we attend the best festivals in USA and internationally.
Our hands on founder is a hop fanatic with a parallel hop distribution business that allows direct access to hop farmers and botanists.
Our kit is a 8.5bl direct fire 3-vessel brewhouse (mash/kettle and stacked lauter plus whirlpool) with a small fleet of fermentation vessels serving an intimate 40 person taproom. We have started building up a unique and intoxicating barrel program. Besides barrells we have been conditioning our clean lagers in 2 American Oak foeders that are a taproom highlight.
We have developed close ties with many of the industry leaders including: Aslin, The Answer, Narrow Gauge, Burley Oak, Mortalis, Imprint, Ocelot. Our inspiration, in part, comes from watching these colleagues create outstanding products while charting their own path in our industry.

You:
We need a confident Assistant Brewer to support our Head Brewer. We need a team member who wants to brew high quality / high profile beer with a rapidly growing tier 1 brewery as a true member of the team. Someone who will reap the rewards as we expand and explode in popularity and notoriety.
You know what the growing startup entails - all hands on deck. You will need to come with a proven track record in brewhouse operations and cellar management. Cleaning. Kegging and packaging. Fruit and adjunct dosing. Yeast management. Basic but smart equipment management (we need a handy brewer)
- Do you want to brew creatively (playing with haze and grains, yeast, fruits, honey, grapes, lagering, barrells)?
- Do you feel you could be a star brewer attending hype craft beer festivals?
- Do you want to partake in hops selection visiting our friends farms in New Zealand and Australia.
More than the experience we are looking for the right fit!
If you:
– are a confident brewer making outstanding beer with relevant academic or brewery operations experience
– have a genuinely positive outlook on life and look to continuously improve
– appreciate creative approaches to the art of brewing
– are organized and in tune with technology for record keeping and operations planning
– are responsible and caring
– are physically and technically capable of resolving issues as they pop up – whether in milling, brewing, fermenting, packaging, tap pouring.
