Andalusia Whiskey Co. is expanding production and currently hiring an assistant brewer/distiller.
Duties will vary day-to-day so you won't be stuck on a line doing the same thing every day.
This is an entry level posiiton. You will learn a lot about beer and whiskey production, and expansion/equipment installation as well. Perfect for someone who is looking to open their own place one day but doesn't know where to start.

Duties
- Wort production
- Managing fermentations
- Monitoring whiskey stills
- Labeling and filling bottles
- Conducting public tours
- Basic experience in a professional brewery, winery, or distillery
- The ability to lift a 55lb sack of grain
- Reliable transportation to/from work near Blanco, TX
- Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm work schedule. 35-40 hrs/week total
