    Magnify Brewing Company is looking for a full-time Brewer/Cellarperson for our team. Magnify Brewing Company is a brewery located in Fairfield, NJ.

    We are looking for a hard working individual, with a positive attitude that is ready to learn, and grow with the company. You must be able to communicate well, following directions, and be detail oriented. This position requires good time management skills, the ability to listen, and the ability to hustle. 1-2 years of experience wanted.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Ability produce wort on our 10bbl brewhouse within the specs of the recipe provided
    • Ability to see beer through the fermentation process to packaging while maintaining quality, low DO, and sanitation procedures.
    • Ability to multi-task – to prioritize and complete multiple projects and responsibilities without cutting any corners
    • Capability to understand, follow, and maintain brewery production procedures.
    • Effective time management: ability to work in a fast-paced environment with precision, and good sanitary technique
    • Knowledge of proper chemical handling and brewery safety procedures.
    • High level of mechanical aptitude is a plus
    • Personable, positive attitude, honest, reliable, responsible
    • Strong communication skills, competent at following directions, and able to adapt to changes in the work environment
    • Must keep a clean work environment, and understand the necessity of organization and cleanliness in a brewery environment
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Able to physically execute the daily requirements of brewing including the ability to lift and move up to 55lbs, to twist, turn, stoop/bend, and to reach above your shoulders (50lb bags of grain), and to work in standing/walking positions for long periods of time
    • Enthusiastic about craft beverages (hazies, pastry stouts, sours, hard seltzer).
    • Ability to record all brew house information accurately and legibly.
    • Minimum of 21 years old

    Position is open immediately. Schedule is full-time 40-45 hours/week (may include weekends and/or nights).
