Bullfrog Creek Brewing has been a Brewpub in Valrico, Florida for the last 5 years. We are seeking a hard working individual to work directly with the Head Brewer to produce quality beers on our 5 bbl system. We are in distribution with Altered Craft and would like to expand our beer offering outside of the Tap Room
Job Type: 30 to 35 hrs/week
Job Requirements:
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
- Attention to details with beer quality, sanitation and safety.
- Must be able to lift 55 lbs (bags of grain), hand truck kegs, spent grain tubs and regularly bend, twist, reach, stoop and climb ladders periodically.
- Must be able to work early mornings and occasional weekends (most brewery work is done M-F ~7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
- Must have a passion for craft beer.
- Must be 21+ years old.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cellarwork – CIP tanks, equipment. Transferring beer from fermentation to serving tanks and carbonating.
- Kegging – keg cleaning, sanitizing, filling
- Assist with canning operations
Pay will be negotiated based on prior work experience.
