Key Responsibilities:
- Assist on canning days
- Dry hopping
- Kegging
- Cleaning kegs
- Preparation for canning days
- comfortable on ladders
- Brewhouse operations
- Tank and Brewhouse CIPs
- Milling
- Maintain our walk-in storage, ensuring organization and readiness for deliveries
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Be on your feet for 8+ hours
Job Requirements:
- At least one year of professional cellar or brewing experience
- Understanding of wort production, tank CIP, and sanitation
