    Bevy is looking for a brewer to take the lead on its brewing operations. Located in Wisconsin Dells, Bevy produces a range of delicious beverages including beer, wine, cider, mead, and spritzers/seltzers. As the Brewer, you will manage day do day brewing operations and assist with production of our other products as directed by Bevy’s CFO (Chief Fermentation Officer). This is a great opportunity for a brewer looking for more independence in their brewing schedule and has an interest in producing an array of products.


    This is a full time 40 hour minimum/week position. Full time employees receive a health care stipend and access to retirement options. Starting hours are flexible, however, brewer will work occasional weekends and evenings. A 4 day/10 hour shift is preferred, but negotiable. Overtime hours in excess of 40 hours per week will earn 1.5 hours of comp time that can be used in addition to an initial two weeks of paid vacation. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.

    General duties and responsibilities:
    • Perform daily operations of brewhouse and cellar, as direct by CFO
    • Operate 20 bbl brewhouse
      • Grain loading to fermenter
    • Cleaning
      • Brewhouse, fermenters, equipment
    • Racking
    • Packaging
    • Keg cleaning
    • Keg filling
    • Assist with wine, cider, mead, and other products
    • Managing raw ingredient inventory
    • Maintain production records (Currently using Ollie)
    • Direct and assist with QA (yeast analysis, etc)
    • Develop and update SOP’s
    • Communicate with staff and management team. Assist tasting room staff with stocking coolers and maintaining keg cooler.
    • Representing Bevy at festivals and tastings
    • Suggest and be proactive in process efficiency and quality assurance
    • Positive attitude and respond timely to communication from CFO and other members of the management team.
    • Other duties as necessary may include:
      • Product delivery
      • Tasting room assistance during brewer events
    • General lifting and moving of heavy stuff commonly found in breweries.

    • Aside from grape harvest and special events, no weekends. Although weekend/evening shifts in the taproom are available for extra income. (Separate hourly pay and includes tips and is additional to brewer pay).

    Qualifications:
    -2 years of brewing experience in brewhouse and cellar
    -21 years of age or older
    -Brewing education a plus
