Innovation Brewing has three locations nestled in the heart of the beautiful mountains of Sylva, North Carolina. We're a craft brewery with a passion for pushing the boundaries and we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled brewer to join our dynamic brewing family.
This is a rare opportunity these days to work with/for good people who are interested in providing a good quality of life overall. Over the years we’ve invested back into the brewery to provide efficiencies that make working here better than other breweries, including a grain out pump for the 20 BBL brew house.
Job Description:
As a Brewer at Innovation Brewing Company, you'll play a vital role in crafting unique and exceptional beers that reflect our commitment to experience and quality. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing brewery that values creativity, collaboration, and a love for the craft.
Responsibilities:
Execute aspects of the brewing process, from brewing to packaging.
Monitor and maintain brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with the brewing team to develop and implement new and experimental beer recipes.
Conduct quality control checks throughout the brewing and packaging process.
Manage inventory of brewing ingredients and coordinate with suppliers.
Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all brewing operations.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Brewer in a craft brewery.
In-depth knowledge of brewing processes, equipment, and quality control.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced production environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistent, high-quality beer.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
