We are a start-up brewery in San Antonio, TX looking to start with a 20 bbl or 30 bbl high quality system. Our brewery is committed to brewing world class beer right out of the gates and growing aggressively in such a young craft beer market. Our production goals are 3,000 barrels year one, 6,000 barrels year two and 9,000 year three. We are scheduled to open in 2017 and looking to bring the brewmaster on a few months for we open to the public.
We are looking for a brewmaster with 4-5 years’ commercial brewing experience, formally educated in brewing, known in the craft beer industry and worked for well known breweries. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a team player, strong work ethic, creative and looking for a place where their gifts and talents are valued.
